Recovery is not a straight line, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We operate strictly through a harm-reduction lens, which means we meet you exactly where you are today, without judgment.
Our goal isn't to force a specific path, but to empower you to discover the tools, skills, and perspectives that will lead you to a healthier, safer, and more fulfilling life on your own terms.
Residential Reintegration Program
At the Recovery Center of Niagara House of Hope, we understand that stepping back into everyday life is one of the most critical phases of recovery. Our 12-bed, male-only OASAS 820 Residential Reintegration Program is designed to bridge the gap between early recovery and independent living.
With a small, tight-knit community of just 12 residents, we provide an intimate and focused environment where you are never just a number.
"We strive to provide you with a safe, compassionate, and empathetic environment to help you in your recovery journey."
Rooted in Harm Reduction

Building a Foundation for the Future
Sustained recovery requires more than just managing addiction; it requires the ability to thrive in everyday life. Our curriculum is heavily focused on practical, hands-on life skills that foster independence and confidence:

Daily Living Skills: Hands-on guidance in cooking, nutritional planning, cleaning, and managing a daily routine.
